I'm surprised no Texans have flooded the comments with "THOSE AREN'T NACHOS YOU DAMN NEW YORKER" yet.
Traditionally, nachos are made with individual chips, sprinkled with longhorn cheddar (not cheese sauce) and each adorned with a single jalapeno pepper. Each chip should be a world of its own, unique, neat, perfectly balanced and delicious, not a goopy mess of chips and junk as we've become familiar with.
So while what Mark has made looks good, the true nacho is not something to be ashamed of.
