Nachos originated in the city of Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico, just over the border from Eagle Pass, Texas, at a restaurant called the Victory Club, owned by Rudolfo DeLos Santos. I'm from Eagle Pass,tx so I grow up with nachos and there are a lot of ways to make them
A variation consists of a quartered and fried tostada topped with a layer of refried beans and/or various meats and a layer of shredded cheese.
