Girlfriend! I know your stressed but can't you just slowly fix it up yourselves? I know you have a sucky situation but you own your house. Y would anyone wanna rent when you can own? Also at least you have a roof over your head. Your not homeless and that's all that matters, don't ruin your credit!!! I don't know that's just my opinion. Good luck.
