Eh, humm, trying not to be nasty or too negative, but this is comeing from a Scotsman, not great, not great. Humm jee where to start, listen to the tune more and practice practice practice! You cocked up quite a few notes, how long have you been playing the Tine Whistle for? that might have something to do with it.

Sorry to be negative but you wanted opinions so that was mine.

i think its not bad, but somehow your playing doesnt fit to the background...the background music is very calm und you play a bit like youre in a hurry...i know that tin whistles music is usually fast but yeah. dont get me wrong, the playing itself is nice.
