Landing at Columbia Airport

Went on a dual cross country from Livermore to Columbia. Brought two of my friends along, James and Ron. As usual, James did a great job of recording. The sun had just set in the West and we made the landing at dusk, as you can see.

The weather this day was absolutely amazing. From departure from Livermore one could see the snowy peaks of the Sierra Nevada's, and even from the ground at Tracy. Unfortunately, I spent my time after Tracy under the hood for instrument practice so I didn't get to enjoy the scenery. But with calm skies, the plane practically flew itself! Maybe not much of a challenge, but it sure was nice!
