Lots of old cars in there, many Fords!
These pics belong to Keith Shannan, he posted the link to his photo album on the HAMB Forums. I hope you don't mind me using them!

  • where exactly is this place?

  • @justas525 I don't know. You'd have to ask Keith Shannan, he has a fotki account where he's uploaded the pics of the yard.

  • If I was king of the world, vintage vehicles would be put on the endangered species list. Any further mistreatment or destruction of these vehicles would result in punishment, with extreme prejudice.....but, my reality says that even saving my 58 Belvedere will be a step in the right direction. Oh ya. I tried to find you at the Christine Car Club site, to join & get that link but, I'm having some technical difficulties or I'm dumb. Are there 2 CCC's?

  • @thisisunreal1 Yeah, it's definately a step in the right direction to save one of these beautiful Plymouths! There are indeed 2 Christine clubs, the ChristineCarClub and the InternationalChristineClub. I'm a moderator on the CCC forums, we have about 1050 members now. The CCC is the "no-fee" club, to be member on the ICC forums you have to pay I think like 40 bucks... I'll post the link to the CCC in the description of this vid.

  • @SaveOldCars After watching your newest vids, I checked out the CCC again and, successfully registered. I'm still waiting for that second email but, all seems good! Cheers!

  • @thisisunreal1 Hey, that's great! I'm looking forward to seeing you on the forums!!

  • Excellent video--We have (or had) a large, open air car graveyard here in central Luzerne County--Engler's Used Auto Parts--most cars & trucks were in open , rolling fields, though-not sure now how many are still there, as some of the land was sold-but they have a very similar array of vehicles-

  • I see some usable quarter panels a trunk lid or two.All the glass appears to have separated. The engines are by this time; nothing but seized up boat anchors. There may just be some window cranks that could be usable but probably not too much else has any value. There seems to be more and more catalogues that are appearing with new parts in them. There are still weyerhouses out there that contain new parts that have not been sold yet.

  • if this is the same yard im thinking of it got crushed out. correct me if im wrong

  • @SaveOldCars Thanks
