Achat Sha'alti

This is live from my first DMA flute recital 4/15/09. Unfortunately, there is no live video.
Also, it doesn't compare to Nina Perlove's version, but I thought I'd upload it anyway.

This piece, composed by Paul Schoenfield, is based on Psalm 27, which is included within the video.

I actually like yours better - she's great, but there was too much vibrato in her recording for my taste

Update: I ordered the music & it finally came & includes a CD of Carol Wincenc playing. I like your version much better than hers also. By the way, I was a flute major 30+ years ago & had pretty much given it up. Thanks for the beautiful piece & helping to inspire me to play again. My husband is pleased, too; he had never heard me play.
