What the heck is wrong with "Immigrant"?? What else would you call them? My parents are immigrants. They were not born here and emigrated here from Austria and Thailand. Do you prefer to be called an Alien? Naturalized Citizen? FOREIGNER? Immigrant is the most respectable way to call a person who EMIGRATED (IT'S IN THE NAME!) here from another country.
But respecting your wishes the news will call you EXTRANEOUS BARBARIANS.
F.O.B. is also very popular among our asian community too.
