@cjwolfer I against the act, but yes using several pens has common practice to signing bills for many decades. The president gives out pens to people who helped support the bill. MLK was given one of the Civil Rights act for example.

I really do not know where they are getting these statistics from. To be honest I started smoking one pack and I only know like 4 people that have smoked in the past and only 1 smokes constantly. Obama and the government should realize by now that people buy Black & Mild to smoke weed... sigh...

NC/VA/KY/Tn- in 1965 when Smoke Act, basicially made tobacco ILLEGAL--a wipeout of farms. 519,000 such farms then; in 2002 46,000. So, land was devalued, bought cheap, & is cheap housing subdivide property sold in what is now termed the "New South," Meantime, kids are put on Ritalan, sugar, psychotropics, etc. so obviously, kids' health may not be real issue. Tob. was grown since dawn of time, lol
