Are these the same infrastructure jobs that bho's economic advisor Robert Reich spoke of on 01/07/2009 to quickly get started on and see that these jobs "not simply go to high school educated or white male construction workers"???? It seems that a layoff notice doesn't care your skin color, but the obama admin sure does. How about the job goes to the most skilled construction worker? Rangel would prefer the money only be used in low-income neighborhoods. Is that good use of these funds???

Under Obama's new labor rules all these jobs will be union jobs and the dues will flow back in campaign contributions to Obama and the Democrats. So it is simply recycling your tax dollars into Democrat campaign support. That's change for you.
