Taiji exercises, it needs long term practice. every day spend about 30 to 40 minutes to play taiji. Pay attention at knee-joints position, don't bend it too much.
Very nice Form. Looks like a mix of Wushu, Tai Chi and a bit of Qi Gong. Although a short form, not for beginners. But certainly a new form I've not seen before. The accompanying Warming up joints video is pretty cool. You can also check mine out at zenchestnuts.
