太極十三式健身操是香港太極研究會為骨質疏鬆症患者而精心設計的一套健身操。它揉合了太極拳陰陽對稱,中定安舒的原理,動作編排務求舒展、和諧、流暢,簡單易學。長期堅持­可舒緩病症,強身健體。本套動作的編排適合各年齡層的人土學習。

  • Taiji exercises, it needs long term practice. every day spend about 30 to 40 minutes to play taiji. Pay attention at knee-joints position, don't bend it too much.

  • Very nice Form. Looks like a mix of Wushu, Tai Chi and a bit of Qi Gong. Although a short form, not for beginners. But certainly a new form I've not seen before. The accompanying Warming up joints video is pretty cool. You can also check mine out at zenchestnuts.
