  • Well at least you yuppies made the right choice, Pat's is the best, I clearly try and tell everyone this, you messed up the order, all you have to say is the cheese you want and wit meaning with or wit out meaning with out so if like cheese wiz with onions, you say let me get a wiz wit."It juiced all over me" LOL, I bet you like when things juice all over you.

  • genius

  • this was a great video! Im gonna do the same thing when i go down there this week and compare the two :)

  • First off, I love the production value of your video. You took a homemade budget and put a lot of energy and thought into the test. You reached the same conclusion as me and my wife. We took the taste test just as seriously and it was a major tourist event for us. Others want to throw some quality stands into the equation....but the importance of this test is that Pat's invented the cheese steak and Geno's went to war with Pat and claimed to have perfected the cheese steak.

    Great job!!

  • Pat's, all the way, if those are the only two choices. That said, you really should throw Tony Luke's in the mix, and definitely Jim's on South Street, as well. Both are excellent. I think Jim's has the best provolone/green peppers/onions in Philly, and Tony Luke's has a great steak wit whiz.

  • To bad that The one's in Atlantic City were not in the Mix... I can name three places that are better in Atlantic City...

You guys are doing a great job!!

  • I've gotten provolone on my cheesesteak sandwich from Geno's also. Most Philadelphia purists insist that the "authentic" Philly cheesesteak is done with cheese whiz though I feel that it remains up to individual preferences. They aren't the healthiest sandwiches but they are tasty. I'm glad you guys enjoyed them
