Unleash your inner goddess with the ancient and wonderful benefits of olive oil. I am reviewing a few products and speaking from personal experience - these items were purchased on my own. If your skin is dry and dull, or perhaps you want a more youthful glow, try some Vitamin C and olive oil to moisturize, it has done wonders for me.... and there is countless research to back it up.

Products I Use:
Cetaphil Face Wash (can be found in most drugstores or www.cetaphil.com)
40 Carrots Retinol Rich Carrot + C Serum (can be found at www.drugstore.com or www.amazon.com)
Bath Junkie Olive-Me Olive Oil Blend (www.bathjunkie.com)

  • sunflower seeds, water, exercise, fish oil, tomato scrub once a week, all you need for great skin. I don't know about that tap water though, I don't trust it, you don't know what they dumping in there

  • @SumNJFella - yeah tap water can be sketchy, but tomato scrub? Never heard of it that sounds interesting...

  • no way exfolliating according to top dermatologists is important daily. It sloghs off dead skin, stimulates collagen and removes barrier to allow serums and it must be serums into cells

  • @zeebeewee -I used to feel the same, but I learned that exfoliating every day is actually too abrasive for any skin type and can strip the skin of it's natural preotective oils. Over-using can create serrations and micro-tears which will damage the skin. The tiny beads also can spread bacteria if you have breakout prone skin. There are cleansers that have a mild exfoliation which are okay to use daily, however using an intense scrub or microderm is meant to be used about twice a week :-)

  • honey....right on with the olive oil....I have been a makeup artist for 14 years, and that is the one tip my 100% Sicilian Grandmother gave me when I was a kid... its awesome!!

  • Oh, it's the best moisturizer you can use! Our grandmothers knew what they were talking about! lol

  • i love olive oil i keep it on my face for about 30 minutes every night then i wash it off and it really helps, PS your so beautiful!! :D

  • You're so HAAAWWT

  • @emilielikescupcakes the acne phase sucks, pretty much nothing you do will get rid of it unless you take pills. I never really had acne, however i feel i prevented it by putting live (organic) yorgut on my face every day for 15mins. then i wash it off and apply a dab of baby oil to myface, then after thats sunk in i use a mosturiser. I have pretty amazing skin. I'd try that and see if it works for you.

  • I use organic coconut oil. It makes my skin/hair amazingly soft.

  • I'm using a cocktail of olive oil, vitamin E oil, jojoba oil, castor oil, and tea tree oil before bedtime on my face. The main ingredient is the olive oil. Results are amazing!! Beautiful matte skin and I have oily skin!
