@DEMONMustanggt2006 That sucks. I have two and both of them are broken. The one has a broken connection button so I can't connect it to any Xbox 360 console to actually play it and the other one just works for about 5 minutes until the buttons start getting all trippy and not working.
But yeah, overall they are great guitars and I really enjoy the strum bar. It's helped me FC a lot more harder songs on Expert mainly on GH3 such as Cliffs of Dover, Knights of Cydonia, etc.
