I like The mittani, he'sa good guy. I also like Goonswarm.. They are very funny. I respect for what they do and for what their goals are. They play the game by the rules.

I may not like some of the things Goons are doing in-game to other people. but seriously one of the main reasons why I am still palying EVE is becuase it is a hrasch game without mercy.

I personally do not scam folks but I enjoy watching somebody getting scammed. To be honest.

Damn it I wish my old FC had even half the understanding of war you did - we wouldn't have been so steamrolled if he did. More than half of the things you talked about were used on us, but not all, and our alliance still crumbled due to the player demoralization and essentially the hatred of our self-appointed, arrogant and belittling FC.

i wonder if this guy knows like 3/4 of his fleets are spy players that he wronged a long time back....waiting ....for the biggest battle.... to all leave fleet......leave alliance, join another alliance, and rape him once and for all

And what do you do after you scare away all of the carebears? What is there to hunt when your scorched earth policy has driven away your prey? Study some predator/prey models and try to tell me war is really about discouraging your enemy to the point of "extinction." Maybe this approach is effective, but it is a long-term game killer. Destroying the enemy's will make for a very empty, boring world. All predators need prey. Hunting to extinction ruins the hunt.

I am not a big fan of the Goons but I agree with the Mittani's strategy. Only dead men fight fair.

@natebooce the slow pace and unforgivable environment is what draws so many people to the game, it comes closer to waging war then most other mmo's
