人魚 Ningyo, Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Beach Hotel (Yankee Clipper) Wreck Bar, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.
Reminiscent of the old performances that took place at the Yankee Clipper in the 1950's and early 60's, it is a Marina's nod to the classic Ft. Lauderdale during the golden age of tourism.

I usually try to time a small exhalation through the nose right at the moment of greatest inversion. That usually keeps the water from shooting up as much. Sometimes, it still does- you have to not only accept that it would happen, but also prepare to not let it affect you. I personally prefer doing inversions in salt water, as it usually tends to not be as hard on the sinuses as pool water .
