The Dell Inspiron 1525 Laptop Keyboard is easy to install for even the less than average do-it-yourselfers. The original keyboard was an NK750, replaced with a manufacturer approved MU194. The repair tools used are from a mobile phone torx kit, screwdriver set and pry tool. Note: for cleaning under the keyboard, lightly use brush i.e. small paintbrush to remove particles. I happen to be a coffee drinker, thus the brown stains under the keyboard. (Follow good advice, and don't drink around the laptop.) For spills, it is suggested that you DO NOT apply computer/ LED cleaner directly to insides of laptop or keyboard. Apply it to the micro fiber or similar lent-free cloth and then wipe softly. Now, let's get started ! It's easy!
