@dreamsofglass01 I recommend using a q-tip to lightly and gently pull on the outer corner of the eye. Using a q-tip will be more friendly towards your eyes than using your fingers to pull. Make sure you position your brush as close to your lash line and use small strokes starting from the middle. Breaking your liner into smaller strokes is key. Liquid liners do require patience, so don't get frustrated if you don't get the perfect line the first time! Good luck!(:
