This idea was from Acclaim until Acclaim went bankrupt and no longer a publisher for Burnout Games. Therefore songs like this were scraped from the game. Then EA (Electronic Arts) took over the rights for Burnout Games. Criterion Games put licensed music into burnout making it revolutionary for this gaming franchise.
