Atari Game Collection Part 1

I decided to take a break from the videos I usually make for right now.
This is just to show some Atari games that I have. Most are good. 1 or 2 are really bad. 1 is the worst game I've ever played.

Adventure - Zelda 2 'Palace'
A fun little game. I played map 1 and beat it in less than a minute and a half. Short yes, fun sort of, worst adventure, not really.

Asteroids - Zanac 'Title'
Still a fun game shooting rocks from something that looks like a ship. It looks like the Atari is only supposed to show a certain number of things on the screen at a time. I think it flashes so much that my computer couldn't capture it fast enough. All in all, even though I have this on my calculator, I still prefer the Atari game.

Bowling - Battletoads 'Arctic Cavern'
Well, once you find your mark, you can get a 300 every time. It's fun to play every now and again. It's sad that this old game compares to Wii Bowling in my opinion.

Combat - Astyanax 'Red Road'
Loaded with Tank shooting games that are 2-player only, it's really fun and can get intense at times. I actually had a tournament for this game at my house. I did not win. You have regular Tank, Pong-Tank, Super-Pong-Tank, Inviso Tank, Plane, 2-Plane, and Goliath-Plane.

Defender - BattleToads 'Volkmier's Inferno'
Fun scrolling plane shooting game. Fly from side to side and shoot the things for points. It seems impossible to die unless you do it on purpose. I play this game regularly with friends.

Space Invaders - Duck Tales 'The Moon'
Still addicting today for me. Use your ship to go from side to side shooting the aliens that come down. The longer it takes you, the faster they go. When they reach the bottom, watch out.

Superman - Mega Man 9 'Thunder Tornado'
First, I know this game looks terrible. But, I figured it out. The number on the top of the screen is your timer/counter. The longer it takes you to finish, the higher the number gets. Goto the right, watch the bridge explode I think. Walk to the phone booth to become Superman. At this point, you fly around, pick up guys with guns and carry them to the brown gate (jail?). When you bring them all there, look at the number to see how long it took you. This game also has a pause button. It's on the console. Press it, and the screen turns to night. I think this is the first videogame that you could pause. But, I don't remember which one it was. I think it was GAME SELECT. The only thing wrong with this game is the map. Stacking buildings on top of buildings doesn't make sense, but other than that, this game isn't all that bad for its time.

Video Pinball - Chip N Dale 'Stage 05'
It's Pinball. I didn't do anything the first ball. The second ball, I waited so long, I forgot I was even playing a pinball machine, on a TV!

Video Olympics - Tetris 'Type B'
Pong is what it should have been called. Since I was using a SEGA controller, I guess the Atari doesn't read it so the arrow key does nothing and the button (which is B) did nothing. I found out that by pressing C, you goto the bottom of the screen. Since I couldn't play this without being lucky, I can't say how hard the computer was or anything.

I decided to add my own music unless the game actually had any. I hope you enjoyed my music selection.

I played Space Invaders and Defender a whole lot when I was a kid. I'm 22 now, so I was playing nintendo, super nintendo and atari all at the same time. Though there are big differences in graphics, I didn't care back then. My parents still had all of their old games from when they were kids so I just played those on atari.
