Now, how do we actually DO this? How do we activate the 12 helix light DNA?

Practical steps, pretty please.

Talking about opening chakras, activating meridians, raising vibrations and letting in the light is nice and all, but not very practical. It's all too metaphoric for most of us.

All I'm really saying is that Geneticists, Chemists, biologists, bio-chemists,pharmacologists,e­tcetera DON'T have all the answers. If you think they do, than you are more deluded than any one here, only your path does not empower you to change that.Stop putting all of your trust in someone else.I'm not saying you have to believe this video, just don't be afraid to figure things out for yourself, and trust that you will lead yourself in the right direction.

type into the search bar "How To Meditate". When you are at the next page, click on the cartoon one. "How to meditate part 1 of 5". This will teach you how to activate your 3rd eye. To attain ones light body, or etheric body, one will ONLY need to meditate. Thats all it took buddha, jesus, king solomon and many other masters to reach this state. Christianity, Judaism, and all religions actually, were based on meditating. LIKE THIS SO IT WILL BE ON TOP FOR EVERYONE TO SEE
