Your videos have been soooo helpful to me. I have the same hair type as you, but my hair is fine. I have been combing and treating my hair very badly. I've been natural for 2 years 1 month, and I dont have half the amount of growth to show for that time. @biggtee1982 You can always use cheap suave conditioner and mix honey and extra virgin olive oil with it. I do this and it works just as good.

Do you rinse out the conditioner? I have a problem that if I detangle and then rinse my hair still tangles a bit.

@Ambrosia2585 yes, I rinse out the conditioner. try doing a prepoo or hot oil treatment first to prevent tangling.

@kandikane5 I just eyeball it. Normally a tablespoon of the oils and about a cup or two of the conditioners.
