I made this video to mark my progress with three turns waltz jump cross stroke and posture. If you watch you can see how poor my posture is seems I like to watch my feet tooo much. I have 1 or 2 more videos I will load in the next few days. I hope I am getting better. Let me know what ya think. The music is from Winterpills whom have giving me permission to use their music. The Song is Benediction from the Album Self titled "Winterpills" this is a great new band worth a listen. You can find them on Itunes and Rhapsody.

  • Your turns look very nice and smooth and they look double-footed. I'm a beginner and I'm wondering if your weight is evenly distributed on both feet when you make those turns or does it just seem that way (meaning that your weight is on the turning foot most of the time but your other foot is placed to look like it's touching the ice, it's hard to tell from the video)?

  • Thank you Emilyhf3. I am hoping to put a video tgether of wat I have been working on this past season. My posture and body centering is much better. Well I hope it is.

  • The ice is less populated during weekday skate times. As winter progresses more people tend to come out and skate. I do love the empty ice and take advantage of it as much as I can.
