New York Governor Andrew Cuomo delivered the annual State of the State Address at the Empire State Plaza in Albany.
His priorities for the new year include the development of the nation's largest convention center at the Aqueduct Racetrack in New York City, a constitutional amendment to allow gaming outside of Native American reservations, upgrades to infrastructure like the Tapan Zee bridge, and a $1 billion economic development package for the city of Buffalo.
