Millions Against Monsanto is a campaign to demand that genetically engineered food be clearly labeled as such.

The link to the petition: http://www.organicconsumers.org/monsanto/action.cfm
How much food are we talking about? There are 165 million acres of GMO crops in the US. More than one third of all the cropland: 91% of all soybeans, 88% of cotton, and 75% of corn.

In Europe, the people stood up and demanded that GMO food be clearly labeled. The result? They can easily see on the package if it's GMO or not. Not surprisingly, there is little or no GMO food in the stores.

We need to make that our reality in the United States.

It is crucial to join this campaign. Organized by the Organic Consumers Association, this is the season of action: activities, awareness raising, protests and petitions are gaining force in the coming months, culminating on October 16th 2011.

We need to KNOW if it's GMO. Can you start a campaign in your community? Spread the word.

  • FUCK JUST LABELING IT........BURN FIELDS FUCK GMO PERIOD..

  • @wynenot You're funny :) I almost thought you were hit by the satellite LOL Nice hearing from you. Hope to chat soon. I am having an extremely busy week full of celebrations :)

  • @koertje the price difference is due to SUBSIDIES as they do to mexico, where gmo usa corn is sold at the local markets for half the cost of local corn, the us taxpayers are mostly unaware that THEY pay for this. gmo CAUSES CANCER watch my little remix here

    fjCTuxqQ9xk

    [noobs put code in google]

anybody who thinks gmo's are safe is outta their mind!

  • @modelladel Sure I eat. Today porcchops and green beans.

At 2.00 no GMO's in Europ because of labeling ia not right.

There sure was long time a ban on GMO's in Europ because of political correctness, but

slow on they cant keep it forbidden.

People didn't want to pay any longer the higher price for the non GMO soy and scientificly there wre no reasons to forbid it.

People can buy organic if they want and over here they garantee no GMO soy in organic.

Organic is 2- 3 times more expensive.

  • @wynenot Sure you still can find fungus on wheat.

Not as much as in former days, but fusarium is hard to fight 100 %.

Mayby Monsanto can make fusariom resistant wheat. You probably wouldn't want it, but it would be an other problem solved.

  • @wynenot He sounds more like a reptilian everyone talks about LOL I find it funny how he says that Monsanto saves the World from hunger when there are nations dying from hunger right now. The situation is worse than it's been for many many decades. At this point it doesn't make any sense, anything he says. He is just trolling around. Retired and haven't found anything else to do with his time. Very sad.

  • @koertje I don't have any troubles. I am happy where I am and at what I am.

  • @koertje Don' tell me you live off the air. I am sure you do eat...Besides, it depends what air you breath in.

  • @wynenot fungus on wheat? You mean fusarium?

Fusarium was in the old days a problem in wet years.

These days farmers can use fungicides against it, but that doesn't work 100 % on fusarium.

So you don't eat bread ?

  • @modelladel realy enlightened people live of the air.

    Good breathing is enough.

    Why eating?
