Melissa Balin arrests Judge Barela & 2 City Attorneys In #OpenCourt

In response to Human Rights violations committed in open court on January 31, 2013, Melissa Balin, on behalf of the Good People of California, placed Judge Barela & 2 City Attorneys, Anthony W. Tahan and Brad Rothenberg, under citizens' arrest to be released under their own recognizance until the U.S. Marshalls can get a Federal Judge to issue a formal warrant for their arrest for felony violations including but not limited to: perjury under oath, excessive force under color of law, cruel & unusual punishment, flagrant violations of the State Bar Professional Rules of Conduct, U.S.C. Title 18, U.S.C. Title 42, the Constitution for the United States of America, specifically the Sixth, Fourteenth, Tenth, and Fourth Amendments, and the California State Constitution of 1849.
