@Videoneoneo The sewage plant was wiped out many years ago by heavy rain. I believe there is a local effort to stem the problem. Seems the government has been slow to build a new sewage treatment plant. Not sure of the present day progress. Thanks.

Do you know what the sources of the sewage were in this video? Did you notice any attempts to contain or treat sewage at all in Guatemala?
