Thought I would upload a more recent video of my airflare because my other video got removed of my canon rebel slomo airflare due to copyright reasons.

pay attention to my last airflare where my elbow breaks inward and I lose power, this is kind of what im talking about in my tutorials what you should NOT DO, and this also happens with peoples shoulders and causes power loss, so this is also kind of an example of what to avoid (however I noticed pro Marcio bends his elbow in his airflare and he is fricken good, but it doesn't work for a lot of people)
