For years I thought my Micro Synth was broken. Today I picked it up and discovered that it works absolutely fine. Dohhhhhh.

(IT WORKS EVEN BETTER WHEN I SMOOSH IT TOGETHER WITH CHORUS AND OCTAVE PEDALS.)

Signal chain:

Fender 50s Precision (tone rolled off)
+
Boss OC-2 Octave
Danelectro Milkshake Chorus
Electro-Harmonix Micro Synth
+
Focusrite Saffire 6 USB interface
MacBook Pro
+
a bit of compression in Logic
=
a bass guitar with identity issues.

  • Nice playing Sir! may I ask hows the latency ong the Saffire 6? Thanks!

  • @kaskas55 Never had any problems with latency - it's apparently optimised for live use (DJing etc), so that might have something to do with it.

  • seems like the tracking kinda lags... how would you rate it?

  • @NOONE3NOON

It seems fine when I'm playing it! I probably didn't do the best job at getting the A/V in sync, so maybe that's why it seems laggy?

  • is that bridge stock or did u change it?

  • @BreakupBass

All the parts are original. It's a 2006 Mexican model.
