It's not real time in video, am I right? Too high fps. It's too good to be truth.

No, it's not real time, LumenRT is a plugin that works within Sketchup.

Videos like this take a few hours to animate.

hey !, does Lumen RT comes with animated people and animals like in your 3d video?

because Im thinking in purchase Lumen RT OR Lumion for my Architect office, but Lumion is far more expensive ,I know it comes with more "stuff" to create and animate and libraries, but do you think this Lumen RT can compite with Lumion? ( I see results are a little "alike" between this 2 stunning softwares), thanks for your answer!

For it price it’s a powerful tool. LumenRT 3 the latest version combined with the content pack (an additional $100) to the price of LumenRT, adds a few hundred items, such as animated people, animals, birds, vegetation, background, etc., The more improvements and future content packs can make it more competitive. I think Lumion is about $1900-$3750 compared to about $400.00 for LuminRT.

Lumion has considerably more features & tools, if price is not so much an issue I would go with it.

I used Instant Roof to add the tiles to the roof. Instant Roof can do some very complex roofs, but on this project there was a lot of messaging of the roof lines that don’t follow the natural footprint of the house that it was easier to build the roof in Sketchup with it normal tools.

Fantastic job on the model and animation. Thank-you for posting your system specs in the video. By the results you have achieved the nvidia cards seem to work well with LumenRT.

thank for your answer... I normally use 1001bit roof tools (when not building them up manually in SU) but those 3d tiles look great, will have a look at it :))
