I'm 13 and I have HUUUGE man boobs. if you measure how much it juts out its about an inch and I hate having to push my shoulders out to hide them from people. I weigh 135 pounds.

@ipodapps1178 Not wanting to lift weights is fine, but you are going to have to do some sort of cardio or intense workout that gets your heart rate going. I like my treadmill. I just crank my treadmill up to 5mph, 10% incline, and keep going until i can bear no more. As far as diet goes, the Weightwatchers Points plan is really good! It is really hard to stick to for the first week, but helps you realize just how much you eat in a day and helps you lose weight. Good luck.
