save a ringtone from whoever sent it to you.

For a start, I know you push the right silver (contacts menu) button.

Then you have these other options..

How do you save a ringtone???

@garywilliams1996 I completely understand, so the best thing to do - is during school, change your ring tone to wither something low sounding like a beep or set no ringtone at all.
