Ras Kass, Dead Prez(I"m a new fan, I don't know why it took me so long. I was stuck on the Underground South stuff for awhile), Canibus, Immortal Technique, Diabolic...These brothers' eyes are open. I think the timing was off...True Hip Hip that was the "mainstream" Hip Hop wasn't as advertised as it is today. Imagine if this bubblegum pop rap was in the beginning, and the "golden age" was now. I believe this generation of listeners wouldn't be as corrupted.
