Thank you so very much for posting this video. I just bought a model 66 (yr. 1941) two days ago after cleaning her up and rewiring wanted to test drive my baby but had no clue how to thread it. Much different from my singer model 15-91(yr. 1935). Glad to see other people who appriciate the classic machines.
Thank you SO much! I just picked one up secondhand - I had planned on taking it apart for projects, but it was in perfect condition and my husband & son fell in love with it's beauty!
ok so you just SAVED my life :) Thank You so much for this. I have an oldie
I am thinking its a "Brother Super Flairmatic 190B" not really sure since I cant find a manual that doesnt cost money and no resources online. but this tutorial helped me thread it. WOOT WOOT...
...part 2...no accessories came with her. I have checked many web sites can you sugest where I should look for extra feet for my new singer 66? Thank you in advance and thanks for showing me how to thread my new machine.
Hi I am so glad I came across your tutorial. I just got one of these last night, it was difficult to try her because we were in a garage dim light and not a spool of thread just a piece of thread and the bobin thread....no material ( I did'nt think of taking any) so I took off my glove and sewed it..lol still could not see the stitch. Today I have her treaded properly because of you. I went thinking I was buying a 99 but she is a 66. I did notice alot of interchangable parts. No addtiional...

My husband purchased a 1947 Singer for us, and your video helped me figure out why my machine wasn't sewing correctly! Thank you!!!
