Protesting takes place on the forums. People wanted pking back, it came back in a new form. People wanted PKing to be linked with skilling, they did that. They protested against alot of things in RS, and it changes.

Soldier is a person that is trying to make a change, or fighting for one. (same thing). If you crash into a car, and blame it on someone else that makes you a douchebag. Not a soldier.
