This has helped tremendously. I got a panic attack one day after work last week and my blood pressure shot up. Called EMS and they said it was an anxiety attack. It was. Now I've begun having anxiety throughout the day, especially at the thought of going back to work. I've used this breathing to calm me down and it brings my blood pressure down. Thing is, it goes right back up as I get a little anxious throughout the day :(
