My ensemble of random shitty animations throughout the last four years or so. ^^

These are snippets of animations which were dumped, commissioned, never finished, or are still in the works at the moment, but unlikely to be uploaded anytime soon. Most of them are crap, some of them are ok

All were made in Photoshop CS4 and drawn with a tablet. All are copyright to me, although the ideas for some are copyright their owners

Also for the DUFE fans, I am afraid to say DUFE is no longer in production. You can see the final WIP on Darkwolf4377's account.

Song is called Night of Knights. I'm not sure who the artist is

  • I take it you like wolves... also thank you for helping me learn to animate!

  • @xXElCaballoXx Actually funnily enough they're not my favourite animal by any means. I certainly respect them and admire the artistic potential they bring, but the main reason there are so many wolves up here is because everyone who commissions or (when I was less experienced) requests animations from me asks for wolves or wolf-like characters. All animations here are for other people except the chicken, the winged canine, the cats and the saluki run cycle XD

  • wow.

You, my friend, are a new inspiration of mine!

Do you use Flash for any of this, or is this all Photoshop?

I am a Flash animator myself, but currently I'm looking for newer methods to test out. Anyways, wow! Keep the great work up. c:

  • @LEDanimator Why thank you! :D

This is all Photoshop - I was lucky enough to get PS from my uncle, and I've never had the money to afford other animation programs. If you'd like a closer look on ways to animate using Photoshop, I have a trilogy of videos showing my methods on my channel ^^

  • Hey,

For the werewolf animation, did you use a frame with a half human/wolf in there or did you go straight from human to wolf? Looks like you just went straight for it here, but I wanted to check.

And would you think to use more or less in-between forms to make the animation of a transformation run as smoothly as possible?

Haven't really thought about werewolf animations recently.

Hope that's understandable, it's getting late here, so I'm not sure my words are all working together for me.

  • @theanicoma I used five frames for the transformation sequence - if I had just gone from human to wolf it wouldn't have looked like a transformation - just a picture of a human, then a picture of a wolf. The reason is looks like I didn't add any frames in between is because I only used 5 where I should have used about 20, but the number of frames you use depends on how smooth/long you want the animation to be ^^
