OK, this Video may be a 'Twist', but it is Cat Tues related in more ways than one. More so, it will always be a #1 video for me. This is the ONLY video in existence of myself and my brother Jimmy playing on stage 'Live' together. The occasion was my younger brother's wedding in 1996. The Cat Tunes tie in: I was the original Bass Player for the band Cat Tunes when the band was formed. There was 2 occasions where I was not able to perform with the band . Who filled in for me? Yes, my brother Jimmy. Also, later members that joined Cat Tunes were 'both' the guitar player and keyboard player in this video (Leo Stapleton and Kenny Morrell). Leo and Kenny formed a band after leaving Cat Tunes and the band was called Second Story. That was the band that played at my brother Steve's wedding reception. Also on stage was Steve Powers. So, you can see 'why' this video is so important to me. My brother passed away in 2005 but he was always more than a brother to me. He was the one who taught me how to play guitar and bass. He was a friend as well as a brother. He was someone I have and always will look up to. We had always been in bands over 20 years but we both played bass so never had a chance to play on stage 'live' together until this night. No rehearsals, just play it as we had both done so many times. Feel the music, anticipate the chord changes, just go where the music leads you to. Everything I know about music is about 10% of what he knew. And yet? Finally, here we are, playing 'Live' at the only gig we ever got to play. It was even more special because it was at 'our' brother's wedding reception. On the dance floor you can see my brother Frank dancing with my daughter Lindsey and Melissa and Ronnie in the background. Frank's wife Paula is seen taking pictures. Bonus: Not 1, but 2 songs Jimmy and I got to play together that night and with some other musicians we had not only been friends with, but were in bands together years earlier. Of course, both songs were by The Beatles. This video is dedicated, with Love and Respect, to my brother, friend and mentor Jimmy. He will always be Loved and missed but this video is put out to be shared for so many others who loved and misses Jimmy. Love you Jimmy and Miss you.
With Love,
Your Brother Mike

What a wonderful video to have. I am certain Jimmy feels the same way about you. You were like 2 peas in a pod.
