The only way for people to solve the problems is to work together. If you understand marketing you will know that the internet is fragmented. This means everyone is going off in a different direction. How are we going to unite people???

The elites have long hoarded the vast majority of gold/silver supply and own all the mines. They have already planned the collapse of the Fed and in turn the dollar. A gold standard is THEIR solution, the concept of creating both the problem and solution is as old as time. Wake up people, currency itself should have no intrinsic value, it's ONLY the amount in circulation that gives it its power. Please watch this video again.

@DiscoDude82 The Fed's power and the damage they've done to the dollar is real. The fact that gas and other important commodities have soured over the past years(because the dollar is losing its' base value) is testament to this.

Whether or not you believe everything said in this video, one can simply conclude that the FED has done more harm than actual good. Plus the fact they refuse to disclose the loans they've made to Wall Street banks is more of a reason to get rid of the FED.

I have attended private schools for most of my life, but I have never heard of any of this history before. My friends that have attended public schools have never heard of them either.

The sad thing is we have used this fiat currency system for so long that we ran up a national debt of approx. 15 trillion dollars...Even at todays prices of roughly $1,700.00/ oz. America has a little over 400 billion dollars in gold reserves.

@Amani0689 The federal reserve act wasn't passed until 1913, and it goes entirely against the constitution which was written nearly 150 years prior. The banks got it passed using fear(create a problem, offer a solution) by creating economic hardships during the early 1900's by strategically buying and selling huge amounts of stocks and thus creating an unstable economy. The same banks then offered to save the day with the inception of private central bank run by them. Very unconstitutional.

@SpiderShane1 If the money is backed by gold and silver to give it value then why were banks allowed to lend out more money than it had just to make it it difficult to lend it out in the future? So would it matter if it is backed back up by gold and silver if the value of the American dollar are in the hands of the federal reserve which is Not apart of the United States? How would we know how much gold and silver we have to give value to this piece of paper that interest is collected on....

This video is correct except for the part about colonial script working. Sure it worked in the beginning, just like all fiat money does - brings momentary prosperity. The colonial script was outlawed before it would have failed some years down the road. There is never an instance of fiat money working ever. And saying the gold standard was the cause of america's problems is crap. Whenever you go directly from fiat to gold there is a period of havoc, but in the long run it creates true stability
