No it doesn't say in the books that you have to be 13 to receive the training You have to be 13 to become a padawan.

well truthfully i dont like the phatom meance either but if the pod race scene wasn't in the movie you would complain about that. Just pointing it out.

Wait Stormsink, you seemed generally positive in Part 1, but negative in this one.
Please stop changing how you review movies just because you got some negative feedback.
