@TheRayDredge to me it looked as though he was talling them to make sure the horse was ok. every official that was there went to him at one point or another.

Sorry to say but the effort from most of those officials was rather pathetic . Yes I understand the horse was injured but how come no one cared about the jockey at all in the beginning. God knows of the injuries he sustained. Coming from a motorsport background I am very glade that bunch of guys would not be hear my race car if it crashed or caught fire.
