it seems to me you are and i understand that its cool to write a song or two about that stuff but thats the only thing they sing about out of like 50 songs,take as i lay dying for example,they write about all kinds of things but all of them have meaning,now bfmv ONLY writes about stuff like cheating on someone and teen bullying and an even worse band is bvb,even bfmv is godly next to bvb.
