能量平衡工作是許多不同按摩技巧的綜合：如深層軟組織Rolfing(羅爾夫)治療法 、關節釋放 Joint Release、能量與呼吸工作法以及身體覺知修練。

在我們生命當中所有傷痛的事件， 不論是情緒的或者生理上的，都儲存在我們的身體組織中，並且為我們的無意識所保有。

這些過往積存在身體以及精神上逐漸形成了身體的制約。遲早這些創傷，會以慢性緊張或者 疼痛的方式呈現出來。

OSHO Rebalancing is a form of body-centered awareness work, which brings people back into harmony with themselves, so they can live their essential unity of body, heart and mind. The learning process is powerful and self-transformative. In Training I you learn deep tissue massage as well as four out of the ten OSHO Rebalancing sessions.

Your post is so very sad. Here we have a massage with relaxing music and wonderful skill presented by the massuare and all you can think is the model has nice breasts ... which you can't even see. Truely sad. The video is great, informative, and very relaxing. Stick with the old saying, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
