"Sonex Aircraft, LLC has added a new feature to its display for the 2009 EAA AirVenture Oshkosh air show: The Hornets' Nest Research and Development Pavilion. The Hornets' Nest will offer a glimpse into the future of recreational aviation featuring several Sonex and AeroConversions new product concepts, including three new airframe design proposals. The informational display will be punctuated with the exhibition of an exciting new research and development concept aircraft that is due to begin testing later in 2009. The Sonex Aircraft, LLC display at AirVenture will once again be located in the North Aircraft Display on EAA AirVenture grounds, Booth 622. Additionally, there will be an informational forum presented regarding Hornets' Nest R&D projects."
You can get a jet engine for your plane, if you have got a million dollars. Or talk to that jet fellow who has his jet wing thing (and I think your jet engine is a bit small). If you can get a bit bigger "toy" jet engine or two and it might be a bit cheaper. Otherwise, who is going to pay a million dollars for a jet glider ultralight thing? You would have to mold it into a real snazzy jet-style shape to be able to sell it for a million.
