ride it up, don't take it back. its up, hold, and tuck. pretend to smile for a camera than bring your knees in than tuck!

i learned how to do a back tuck in my living room on the carpet just scare the shit out of yourself and go for it unless you are too scared cuz then you will fail

Just don't throw your head back so much. And make sure your back is straight right before you take off.
