You claim to represent Diogenes. If so, THINK! Your points have no bearing on the issue of the death penalty. Perhaps you don't realize that you are actually arguing for targeted and precient assassination of future warmongers. Further,war is a mechanism by which human beings ensure the food supply will meet the population's needs. Perhaps if other potential dictators were NOT killed, the large scale famines throughout the world would not exist, and now millions will die slowly and tortuously.
