    well, the reason they're thin as sticks is because the sit around all day, they probably don't have any muscle, so dont worry about, you're probably a lot stronger than them:) about the thighs, just get into the habit of walking and jogging, that always works for me!

  • i wouldnt say im fat..i weigh 50 for 13 so not really but all my friends are skinny as sticks and they just sit on there butts all day and i do to but i seem to be getting larger..what do i do for my thighs?????
