Why Apple TV Is Pointless If You've Got An IPod

Quick question to anyone, is their anyway to increase the quality of the video?
I was able to play movies on my t.v. through my ipod with a simple AV cable, I was wondering if it was possible to increase video quality ? Any programs out there? I'm currently using "Videora Ipod Converter"

LOL the ECOSYSTEM... Seriously, just buy an Apple universal dock and video-to-TV cable and you have AppleTV right there, and with far more storage capacity.

It'd be a waste of money, since the method in the video works (I made the video, just cant remember the password for that account)

I've just seen another video and seems to be the same, but I can't figure out how the audio jack can be forced to transmit the video signal also.

theres a setting on the ipod so that when you start up a video, it asks if you want TV output or not. if no, the plug transmits audio only. if yes, it transmits both. and obviously when you play music, its audio only. Its a great feature.

I FOUND IT! sorry for having screamed for fake, but there are some guys on YT which think their iPod can do everything. I even saw an iPod which was shown modded with touch screen. :-D

So at Apple they use smart jacks. I considered "strange" the fact that on the Shuffle 2G you use the phone jack for recharging it :-D

You also use it for transferring files, which is even weirder to me. But it works so eh.

its probably not modded. Apple DID release an ipod touch that looks like a bad iphone ripoff.

except its not. the audio port, if plugged into with the right cable, transmits video and audio.
and are you looking at my TV? you can clearly see the video and the ipod volume control on the TV.
