Apply base coat.

Colors used - L.A. Colors Art Deco - White, Blue Glitter, Baby Blue, L.A. Colors - White, N.Y.C. - Skin Tight Denim, *Sally Hansen Diamond Strength - String of Pearls

Apply top coat to seal design.
(I didn't show this part because it would create too much shine with the light)

You will need a dotting tool or a toothpick.
*Not shown because it's optional, just to add a little frost, but I used it on my nails. This step goes right after you finish the icicles before you add the blue glitter outline.
