  • Scientifically, hands that close cause impingement on the rotator cuffs.

    But try telling that to a huge, juiced bodybuilder who reads Muscle Mag......

    LIve and let live I guess. When they are 40 and off the juice their shoulders will be killing them, an they will wonder WHY???

    Look at how small Dorian Yates is now......and under 50!! He weighs 185lbs naturally.

    Stupid "gear" guys who are paying the price before they are 50!!

  • This guy is a Big, Big dude.....Looks like viking bloodlines. Looks powerful too.

  • I love this exercise. So many people do this wrong though. I tell people to mimic the movement they would do if they were going to hold a shirt up to themselves' to see what it would look like.
