the first time I ever listened to this song was so long ago (the last time I listened to it was also a long time ago...) now that I'm listening to it again it's bringing back so many nostalgic memories of when I first got into touhou...

I don't believe there is a video for this song, but there is for that other one which was also made by the group who made this song.
I think the best part about the whole Touhou series is how receptive and open-minded ZUN is to the fanbase. There are quite a lot of things that ZUN adopted into his "official" Touhou universe that started from the fans.
The best example is China (aka Hong Meirin).

Worth nothing here that the name is actually a pun; 月夜 (tsukiyo) means 'moonlit night', but if you join both kanji into one, you get 腋 (waki), which means armpit, so the song's name might be something like "Special Power of Exposing Armpits?"
